Very cool, but terrifically underfunded, from what I can see. Also, and this may be of more importance as time goes on, there needs to be a provision for LGBT refugees from some American states, with Montana as the probable 1st one to be added to the list.

Okay, that's too extreme. A simple firing (and not squad) would do just fine, although I'd almost prefer to see the person get some serious counselling. I doubt that attitudes will be changed by the termination, just hardened.
