That effin' hilarious, and sadly so true.
The PBS video is great too, and brings some interesting thoughts to my mind (don't laugh, it DOES happen)!
Jon pointed out that some gun lobbyist point out that if some of these assault weapons were made illegal then they would probably be easily available on the black market, and therefore it is better to just leave them as legal weapons. INSANITY. If this logic were to be used and extended to other acts that are now illegal, all drugs should be legalized, traffic laws rescinded, and burglary tools should be permitted in open public.
When you realize that carrying an assault weapon IS legal, but breast feeding a baby is illegal, you begin to see just how warped the thinking has become.
