Brody's Notes... Florida's Governor: Display Of Presidential Anger Is Understandable

By Brody Levesque (Washington DC) June 8 | In a candid interview aired this morning on NBC's Today Show, President Barack Obama in an exclusive interview, tells Today’s Matt Lauer that if BP does not “properly compensate” those who have been affected by the Gulf oil slick, “they will have to answer to us.” The President also took aim at his critics saying that he had traveled to the Gulf region over a month ago and even then was looking to establish 'whose ass to kick' for the oil spill disaster. Some 25 million to 39 million gallons of oil are estimated to have gone into the Gulf of Mexico since the Deepwater Horizon rig exploded on April 20, killing 11 workers.  President Obama also told Lauer that he would have fired BP's CEO by now. Last night, speaking by phone to CNN's John King, Florida Governor Charlie Crist said that he completely understood the President's anger & mounting frustrations:
