Brody's Notes... Rachel Maddow: For Now- Military Is No Longer Enforcing DADT

By Brody Levesque (Washington DC) OCT 15 | Last night Rachel discusses the fact that as the U. S. Justice Department prepares the appeal to U. S. District Court Judge Virginia Philips' ruling and injunction on DADT, the Defence Department says it will abide by it.  Joining Rachel is former Solicitor General of The United States, Walter Dellinger, who served during the Clinton Administration. ( 1996-1997)
